Classic Chicken Salad with Fresh Herbs

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 2/3 cup Mayo
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs, diced
  • salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

Method
 

  1. Finely dice vegetables and herbs. Add to chicken. Season with salt and pepper and garlic powder to taste. Add mayo and mix well. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
